Victory Through Air Power is a 1943 movie produced by Walt Disney Studios and released by United Artists. It's generally considered propaganda targeted at convincing the public and Congress to fund a massive buildup in air power in America's military. Technically, the message the movie tries to deliver is sound though greatly exaggerated in parts. For example, WWII heavy bombers didn't sport so many heavy caliber guns and gunners that it made mincemeat out of fast and agile enemy fighters. A heartbreaking number of bomber crews were lost in Europe and the Pacific.
Attu: History Uncovered is a 2016 production of KTVA News, that covers a wide range of topics related to the war in the Aleutian Islands.
